A supportive, full-body workout using short bursts of movement with built-in recovery. HIIT FIT is designed to improve fitness and energy levels in a way that’s challenging but always scalable. You’re encouraged to work at your own pace, with coaching that helps you feel confident and supported throughout the session.
LIFT FIT
A strength-focused session using free weights and resistance bands to build functional strength for everyday life. LIFT FIT is coached carefully, with options for all experience levels. Whether you’re new to weights or looking to get stronger, you’ll feel guided, supported, and comfortable from start to finish.
BOXING FIT
A fun, high-energy session that introduces boxing movements in a welcoming, non-intimidating way. BOXING FIT is a great way to move your body, build confidence, and release stress, no experience needed. Just show up, have fun, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
Inspired by the HYROX style of training, this session focuses on building endurance, strength, and confidence using simple, repeatable movements. While it takes cues from the event, the class itself is welcoming and scalable, with everyone encouraged to work at their own pace. It’s challenging, supportive, and designed to help you feel strong and capable, no experience required.
COND FIT
FUNCTIONAL FIT
Training that supports everyday life. Functional FIT focuses on movements that help you feel stronger, more capable, and confident in daily tasks. Sessions are balanced, approachable, and coached with care, making them suitable for all levels. This class reflects our belief in consistency, enjoyment, and fitness that fits around real life.
FUSION FIT
Fusion FIT is our Saturday session where things can change week to week. It may combine elements from other classes, introduce new movements, or mix up the format entirely. The focus is on variety, fun, and community, rather than intensity or performance. No matter the style, sessions are always welcoming, inclusive, and coached to suit all levels.
