HIIT FIT

Your classic High Intensity Interval Training. You’ll see yourself doing short and timed exercises, followed by recovery. This is your fat burning session. Get’s the heart rate up and down to really crush those hard to burn spots.

LIFT FIT

This is your strength and resistance training. Using free weights and resistance bands, we target specific muscles with each set. If you’re looking to really develop a lean and strong body, this is your class.

BOXING FIT

Fantastic way to relieve those everyday life stresses! Learning boxing techniques in 60 minutes of heart pumping goodness. If you’re looking for a full body workout, this is the session for you.

CONDITIONING FIT

Everyones favourite session. Hah! This is your bread and butter. If you’re not drenched in sweat, then I didn’t do it justice. Your heart will be pumping, and you’ll feel amazing after the class. Everyone goes at their own pace, and is an excellent fat burner. What doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t make you stronger!

FUNCTIONAL FIT

Training should help you with everyday life. We’re a big believer in the healthy balance between staying consistent and enjoying life’s adventures. This session is the perfect compliment to our mantra of the 80/20 balance.

Utilising functional movements to simulate common daily tasks, you’ll work up a sweat on the last day of the week.

MYSTERY FIT

We like to change things up on Saturday’s. Whether it’s the workout, the level of difficulty, or the location. We love creating an environment and an atmosphere that is fun and full of variety. Get amongst the fun on a Saturday morning!
